The Forum will support dialogue on integrity issues across OECD and non-member countries, and share lessons learned in particular on:

How to build a sound Integrity Framework that fosters a culture of integrity in public sector organisations? What are the building blocks and how to ensure their consistent functioning?
What are the tools, good practices and how to promote them? What are the conditions for their effective application?
What lessons have governments learned in assessing risks of corruption or unethical conduct, particularly in the context of financial crisis?
