The event will bring together high-level officials, practitioners and experts in charge of integrity and corruption prevention policies and practices in OECD, EU countries and non-members, including:
- Regular Observers of the Public Governance Committee, namely Brazil, Chile, Egypt, Slovenia and Ukraine;
- Accession country representatives who are not already regular Observers of the Public Governance Committee, namely Estonia, Israel, Russia;
- Enhanced Engagement partner country representatives who are not already regular Committee Observers, namely China, India, Indonesia, South Africa, South East Asian countries;
- Selected countries from South East Europe (e.g. Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania); Latin America (e.g. Argentina, Peru) and Asia (e.g. Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore).
- MENA countries participating in the OECD MENA Initiative, namely Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Lebanon, Palestinian National Authority, Jordan, Libya, Syria, United Arab Emirates & Dubai, Yemen, Qatar, Bahrain.
Selected experts will also represent civil society, academia and business (e.g. BIAC, TUAC, WEF/PACI) as well as international organisations (e.g. WB, UNODC, UNDP, Asian Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, African Development Bank, Council of Europe, Organisation of American States, ARADO).
