Registration
Participation is upon pre-registration with the OECD Secretariat by 15
April.
Registration will start at 8.30 am. Participants are asked to bring a passport
or an ID card showing a photo to get their badge for the Forum. Please allow
15 minutes for clearance in the Welcome lounge.
Documents
Documents will be made available at this website and will also be provided
at the Forum.
Interpretation
Simultaneous interpretation in English and French will be provided during
the Global Forum.
Parallel Workshops
Participants are invited to indicate their preference for attending any
of the two parallel workshops in the Registration Form. The Workshop
details are available in the Global Forum Agenda.
Technical equipment
Technical equipment for presentation of audio-visual materials will be
provided (power point, overhead, flip chart). Participants intending to
use this equipment are asked to inform the OECD Secretariat in advance.
Travel and Accommodation
Participants are invited to make their own travel arrangements and hotel
reservations. Look at the list
of hotels within the vicinity of the OECD (pdf). Delegates may obtain preferential rates by referring to OECD when
making reservations.
Visas
Participants needing a visa are invited to apply for a visa for France
as soon as possible and to contact the OECD Secretariat if they need
an original copy of an invitation letter, or any other assistance. Check
if you need a visa at the French
Foreign Affairs Ministry website.
